A Quick Guide to Hastings Flea Markets for Vendors:
When? -- The second Sunday of the month from April-June and September-November
What time? -- Market hours are 10am-4pm. Staff on site at 8am for set up, break down must be complete by 5pm.
Fee -- $55 per vendor per market, excluding food trucks.
Food trucks should still apply below but please email for fee rate.
How big is the space? -- Each vendor is allotted a 10x10 space. If you would like more space, please specify in your application or reach out via email.
What should I bring? -- Besides your merchandise, there are no requirements as to what you need to set up your space. We recommend a tent (no larger than 10x10), a chair, and tables for your wares, but none of this is required. Shade is limited so please prepare with sunscreen, water, hats, etc. to protect yourself. Note: the market does not have tables or other supplies for rent.
I applied: now what? -- We received your application! We work hard to curate each market to ensure our vendors are not actively competing with similar wares and to ensure the quality of the market. If you are accepted for one of the dates you have chosen, we will reach out via email approx. 4 weeks ahead of the event with further instructions, including payment. Don't worry -- if we did not select you for one market, you may be selected for another in the future!
